unscrew and remove the wooden cap remove the plastic stopper replace the wooden cap carefully

tip upside down until the cap is saturated with fragrance oil replace the plastic stopper

intermediately turn the bottle upside down as needed (with plastic removed) and replace plastic stopper again

smells like tangerine (think satsuma!)
